Michael Fuller has been at Northwest Christian University since July 2005. Prior to joining the staff at NCU, Fuller spent eleven years at California Lutheran University. After receiving his Bachelor of Arts degree from Pacific Lutheran University in 1994, he accepted a position as the coordinator of student activities and area residence coordinator at CLU, while he worked towards his Master of Arts degree in Counseling and Guidance with a specialization in College Student Personnel. He became the director of student activities in 1997 and was promoted to associate dean of students in 2000, a position he held for the next six years.
Fuller is a student of leadership theory and is an avid reader of leadership-related books. He attends Eastside Faith Center. He enjoys sports and fantasy football and he attends as many NCU athletic and student events as he can. His favorite pastime is spending time with his wife Erin and children, Zach and Madison.
