Opening in the fall of 2003, the Morse Event Center is the home of the Beacons. On the main floor of the Morse Event Center stands a 12,500 sq. ft., 1,200 seat, state of the art gymnasium which hosts games, practices, intramurals, concerts, the athletic auction and commencement for all of our community to enjoy. Located on the North side of the Morse Event Center is an indoor softball workout facility which houses batting cages, pitching machines, and a pitching /catching area.
The 2nd floor is home to the Student Development Department and Athletic Department Offices.
The lower level of the Morse Event Center houses a 2000 square foot weight room with free weights, nautilus equipment and cardio machines. This facility is open to use by our athletic teams as well as the general student and staff population. Our Athletic Training Center is located just outside weight and locker rooms for easy access for both student-athletes and our Athletic Trainer. Also on the lower level are the men’s and women’s locker facilities that have separate “team room” amenities for our athletic programs.
