NORTHWEST CHRISTIAN COLLEGE LIBRARY DISPLAYS CAPTIAN COOK JOURNALS

EUGENE, Ore. –October 16, 2006-Northwest Christian College-

The Northwest Christian College Kellenberger Library will display three volumes of its collection of first edition journals from Captain Cook’s voyage.  The volumes from Cook’s 1776-1779 voyage includes explorations of the Oregon coast.

The exhibit is open to the public beginning October 16 from 8:00 a.m. to 9:30 p.m. Monday thru Thursday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Friday, and noon to 5:00 p.m. Saturday.
