NORTHWEST CHRISTIAN COLLEGE WINS TOP AWARD AT GEORGE FOX GRADUATION

EUGENE, Ore. –January 26, 2006-Northwest Christian College-

Northwest Christian College’s campus pastor, Steven Poetzl was honered as the “Outstanding Ministry Student” at George Fox University’s winter graduation on December 15, 2006.  The faculty at the George Fox University Theological Seminary made the award “In recognition of character, integrity, and faithfulness demonstrated in ministry.” 

Pastor Steve Poetzl serves as campus pastor at Northwest Christian and graduated in December 2006 with his master of theology degree.

Northwest Christian College offers: Bachelor of arts degrees in accounting, Bible and Christian ministry studies, business administration, communication, global studies, human services, humanities, interdisciplinary studies (individualized), music industry, music ministry, psychology, social sciences, and teacher education. Bachelor of science degrees are offered in computer and information science (C.I.S.), and exercise science. NCC offers graduate degrees in professional counseling (M.A.), school counseling (M.A.), and business administration (M.B.A.). The Professional Studies Program offers bachelor of arts degrees in accounting, management, management information systems (M.I.S.), and health care administration.  Northwest Christian College also offers T.E.S.O.L. certification (Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages) and associate of the arts in general studies, and associate of science in pre-professional health science.
