Current Students
Students can view their grades and unofficial transcripts through BeaconNet. Click Here.

For official transcripts, students can fill out the on-line form through BeaconNet. Click Here.

Alumni and Former Students

Former Students have two ways to request official transcripts from the school.

1. Download and Print Form

The transcript request for may be delivered to the Registrar's Office in person, on the first floor of the Pomajevich Faculty Building, or by mail to:

You may also fax the transcript request form to: (541) 684-7311.

2. Write a Letter

Include the following information in your letter:

• Name
• Social Security Number
• Dates of attendance
• Type of transcript you are requesting (official or unofficial)
• Number of copies you are ordering
• Address(es) the transcripts are to be sent to
• Your signature

Important Information Regarding Transcripts

1. A signature is required to release transcripts.
2. Official transcripts are free for the first ten ordered on the same day.
3. Additional transcripts ordered on the same day will cost $2.00 per copy.
4. Overnight mail fee is $25.00 per address.
5. Overnight mail overseas fee is $50.00 per address.
6. Transcript requests are not accepted over the telephone.
7. Transcript requests are not accepted by e-mail.
8. The Office of the Registrar will issue offical transcripts to the student.
