If you have not received VA education assistance in the past, please bring in a copy of the completed Application for Education Benefits (VA Form 22-1990), or a copy of the Veteran Online Application (VONAPP), or a copy of your letter from the VA stating that you're eligible for benefits. When we receive one of these, we will submit your enrollment certification to the regional office.
If you have received VA education assistance in the past, please submit a copy of the completed Change of Program or Place of Training form prior to submitting it to VA. When we receive this form from you, we will then electronically certify you for the semester.
