How You Became a Christian: I made the decision at the age of nine to accept the Lord into my heart. Growing up in a single-parent home, my Mom set for me an incredible example of how to be a strong person of God. I was also heavily influenced and mentored in my walk by my grandparents and uncle. My faith has always been very important to me, but it was during my college years and during my early twenties that my relationship with God truly developed and became my own. I love being a child of God and feel so blessed to know that I will have eternal life with him.
