Employer Training Programs 

Business & Industry Programs provides customized, cost-effective, corporate education and training to employers and organizations. Northwestern Connecticut Community College can assess your workforce training needs and tailor a program customized to meet your needs. Programs can include credit or non-credit courses for a wide range of skill levels from managerial, technical, sales, health/clinical to adult basic education and literacy skills. Business and Industry can also meet all required workplace workshops ranging from sexual harassment to bloodborne pathogens and cybersecurity and help build your workforce with school-to-employer pipelines, assist in internships, apprenticeships – even work with your organization to identify necessary core competencies and screen potential applicants.

Customized corporate training can offer courses day or evening onsite at employer locations, on campus, or online.
